'The Water Speaks' A Symposium on Native Perspectives of Great Lakes Preservation - This day long symposium (September 4th) was attended by Marie Byrd, Moro Jemima Ehirim, and Parish Nurse, Julie Pekarske. The reasons why we need to be active in preserving our freshwater lakes were so basic, but yet eye opening that each attendant left questioning, 'How can we preserve our freshwater lakes and waterways?'
