Welcome to Capitol Drive Lutheran Church.

We are a group of thankful Christians who meet Christ as we receive the love of God when gathering around Word and Sacrament in Sunday worship. We also serve Christ by giving the love of God in support of one another and our neighbors in need. We live Christ as God continually forms and reforms us as the Body of Christ, a church that is inclusive, forgiving, affirming, and concerned for justice and peace.

Youth Music Camp to be held at CDLC June 22 thru 26 -

Capitol Drive Lutheran Church is again offering the Summer Music Camp for children entering Kindergarten through Grade 6. Children will participate in singing, dancing, and instrumental workshops. Music Camp Instructors: Allison Thome, Brittany Johnson, and Bette Wibracht (Organist and Director of Choirs at CDLC)

Date: June 22 to June 26 (Monday - Friday).
Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Please note: Children should enter the church on 53rd Street under the red awning at 3965 N 53rd Street.

Registration is due by June 17.
Camp Fee: $10.00 per Child.

Youth Art Camp to be held at CDLC July 6 thru 10 -

Capitol Drive Lutheran Church is offering the Summer Art Camp for children ages 6 through 12. Children will participate in painting and paper mache to learn more about God’s creation in the world of water. Milwaukee artist Eriks Johnson will instruct the kids through mural painting - plus fish, polar bear and penguin creation. Camp Coordinator Arlene Carter and Vickie Hill of the TenderCare childcare center will lead the Art Camp along with local artist / instructor Eriks Johnson.

Date: July 6 to July 10 (Monday - Friday).
Time: 9:00 AM to 11:30 Noon
